What started me off in real estate was simply having more time to heal back my affected health after 25 years of challenging and successful career in Accounting.
It definitely wasn’t a bed of roses at the initial start in real estate. Putting in much effort to equip myself quickly with housing regulations by getting involved in many DBSS and EC projects, as vs. focusing on selling skills, paid off tremendously for me.
The best school is in the society, and I’m thankful of the many opportunities and trust of my clients in allowing me to gain skill sets in various type of property market while serving them.
My perseverance and sincerity resulted in my successful closings in sales of new launches (private residential or executive condominium), resale of private residential, HDB, office space, etc., and rental of office and industrial space to-date.
I’m happy that my clients are able to tell that my primary concern and priority is for them to get a property that best meet their expectations rather than focusing on reward.
I’m really inspired when my clients know they can trust me. By being open in sharing their situation and expectation, they are the ones who benefit most through the information I provide to empower them in making an informed decision. No ‘pressure’ selling is one of the reasons why my clients keep coming back to me for advice and referring their friends and relatives to me to buy, sell or rent their property.

A promotion to ‘Marketing Director’ in only 2 short years in ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, and to ‘Senior Marketing Director’ 3 years thereafter, is an achievement I’m very proud of.
