What is Executive Condominium?

Executive Condominium draws the interest of many who are looking to private property in Singapore, as it is attractively priced as compared to the private residential developments, and they come with full condo facilities, very much the same as their counterpart in the private condominium in Singapore.  The exception is that one has to satisfy the minimum occupation period as prescribed by HDB.

HDB Eligibility Criteria

Home buyers currently having ownership in private property (whether residential or otherwise and including private properties in or outside Singapore) have to wait out a 30 months period, before booking a unit in any of the Executive Condominiums is allowed.

‘Only the PRIVILEGED can buy!’ is ERA’s tagline for potential buyers of EC.  Indeed!  If buyers don’t satisfy any one of the HDB Eligibility criteria, then they have to consider a unit in the private housing market.

Executive Condo Information

Developer does not provide online submission of e-application.  All home buyers must be represented by a property agent to guide you on the procedure in respect of an EC purchase, and home buyers are required to sign on hard copies of e-application generated at the showflat to register their interest.
