Former Shunfu Ville named as Jade Scape Condo

Qingjian releases name of its highly anticipated development at former Shunfu Ville as Jade Scape, new condo launch in popular Bishan/Thomson area of Singapore.

With a large land size, it was reported that developer Qingjian plans to build about 1,000 homes on the Shunfu plot, expected to be a mix of high-rise units of up to 25 storeys and landed units.

Excellent location near MRT for former Shunfu Ville

Jade Scape is only 200m away from Marymount MRT.

With this it brings you convenience in commuting to other parts of Singapore.

Bishan MRT Interchange for North South (red) Line is 1 MRT stop away and Serangoon MRT Interchange for North East (purple) Line is 3 stops away.

Shunfu Market is across the road, thus bringing you easy access to daily necessities.

Popular eateries at shop houses in Sin Ming area are within short walking distance.

For families with school going children, Catholic High Sch or Raffles Institution is a short driving distance away.

Jade Scape price for new apartments

Back in mid-2016 Qingjian acquired Shunfu Ville at $638 million.

After factoring a top up of lease to fresh 99 years, land rate is approximately $747 psf per plot ratio (psf/ppr).

In comparison, land costs acquired in recent months are above $1000 psf/ppr.

It is therefore logical to assume that there’s room for Qingjian to offer their apartments at Jade Scape at attractive prices.
