Whereas the 732 sqft unit is a corner unit facing the ‘reverse bungie’ at River Valley Road, having a wider set of window panels.

The Central at Clarke Quay office space at SOHO Tower 2 has the lowest transacted pricing.

This is largely due to the common corridor having a facing to another building, and the direct ‘line of sight’ view from unit is buildings opposite the main road of Eu Tong Sen Street.

However, you do get nice view of Park Royal Hotel on the right side, and MBS on the left side.

Units are mainly 624 sqft in size, with corner unit at 732 sqft.

The corner unit here also comes with 2-sided window panel, with a nice direct view to Park Royal Hotel.

For reference, latest transacted rental was at $3,100 for a 624sqft office space, with no sales transaction in 2020.
