How Affordable is The Tapestry Price?

Price is always an important criterion so with land acquired before private residential property prices start heating up, will The Tapestry price remain affordable in current uptrend market?

As a sign of an uptrend market, developer CDL recently submitted top bid for Sumang Walk EC at a price that exceeded land they bided back in Apr 2017 for The Tapestry.

So, what will The Tapestry price be?

Home buyers familiar with condo new launches are aware that pricing will be known only on day of launch, i.e. booking day.

However, developer may release an indicative price range for buyers to compute their affordability.

Since date of preview where showflat will be opened for viewing and registration of interest has been confirmed to start on 10 March 2018 without any price indicative, let’s look at some market data as reference.

The Alps Residences, being latest new condo launch and located next to The Tapestry, transacted between $1034 and $1166 per sq foot (psf) since Jan 2018.

As land cost was approximately 17% above that of The Alps Residences, we therefore, can expect The Tapestry price to be higher.
